Update: Fixamatron 0002

We've released another small update to Voluminous this afternoon. It's mostly just to address some issues with specific books that were reported to us via the Fixamatron, including Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.

A quick note on something we couldn't fix: A couple of books — Le Grand Meaulnes and Ainsi Parlait Zarathoustra — were reported to us for having faulty accents.

Sometimes, this happens because of confusion betwen the different formats that accented text can be written in, and we can fix this.

However in these two cases, the books were simply created without accents at all — remember, we don't make the books, we help you find them — and if the information simply isn't there, I'm afraid we can't do much about it, sorry.

Oh, I almost forgot — as well as the fixes, there's also a small extra feature a customer asked for: When registered users export to plain text, they now have a choice of whether they want to export the original book, unmodified by Voluminous, or to convert Voluminous' version back to plain text.
